Terms and Conditions of Payment and Delivery: Postal and Parcel Delivery Your COUNTRY delivery will be sent by post or parcel delivery. For deliveries to Germany, Austria and all other EU countries, the shipping charges are 9,00 Euros for parcels up to 2 kilos in weight. For heavier deliveries, you will be informed of the price cost shortly after we receive the order. The cost of delivery to non-EU countries (especially America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) is approx. 35 Euros, but depends on the weight and destination. You will receive confirmation of the final cost before dispatch. Deliveries to Switzerland are fundamentally VAT free and can only be sent cash on delivery (COD). The shipping charges are 7,50 Euros up to 1.5 kilos, and 15,00 Euros above 1.5 kilos. Import costs to be paid by the receiver. Unless otherwise agreed, we will delivery at the earliest possible date after receiving your order, normally between 48 and 72 hours. If an item is not available, you will be informed immediately. Method of Payment
Cash on Delivery Payment on receipt of goods. Please pay attention as your national post might charge an administrative fee for COD, and this is not included in our costs. We would like to point that this form of delivery general takes between 10 and 14 days (Italy to Germany or Austria) with the Italian postal system.
